1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Meowchu, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase access, or use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

Meowchu provides digital content and related account-based delivery features through an authenticated panel and loader environment. Access is delivered electronically only. No physical product is shipped.

Each successful payment adds one fixed 30-day access term to the same account. Access does not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Access is usually activated immediately after payment confirmation and may require a supported system configuration, account verification, and successful security checks.

Delivery is digital only. No shipping, physical media, or offline fulfillment is included with any purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for all activity that occurs through your account, and for maintaining accurate registration information. Account access is personal, revocable, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or assigned.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify support without undue delay through the customer support system.

4. Payments, Delivery, and Renewal

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Paddle for card transactions and BTCPay for cryptocurrency transactions. Prices, taxes, supported currencies, and provider availability may vary at checkout.

For transactions completed through Paddle, Paddle may act as reseller and Merchant of Record. In those cases, Paddle may handle billing, tax collection, payment processing, and certain refund or transaction decisions in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms and applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you request immediate digital delivery. Delivery is deemed complete when access is granted to your account, your term is added, or the purchased digital content is made available in the panel.

Renewals are manual unless expressly stated otherwise. If you purchase additional time while your access is still active, the new term is added to your remaining time.

5. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Because the service consists of digital content supplied electronically with access granted immediately after payment, all sales are final once access has been activated.

By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, where applicable law allows, any right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately may be lost once access has been activated.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, unsupported environments, hardware changes, remaining unused access time, non-use of the service, third-party bans or penalties, or violations of these Terms.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that may apply under mandatory law or under the terms of the Merchant of Record handling the transaction.

6. Limited Technical Remedy

A refund, replacement, store credit, or time extension may be considered only if a confirmed material technical defect originates solely from our service, is reproducible, persists in a supported environment, and substantially prevents basic use of the purchased access.

Before any remedy is considered, you may be required to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting, including submitting logs, configuration details, and basic diagnostic information necessary to verify the issue.

If an issue is caused in whole or in part by unsupported software, operating system modifications, user configuration, third-party interference, hardware instability, security tooling, or any breach of these Terms, it will not qualify as a defect under this section.

7. Supported Environment and Compatibility

The service is provided only for supported environments as described on the website, in the panel, or at checkout. Compatibility is not guaranteed outside those supported environments.

We do not guarantee compatibility with unsupported operating systems, future game or client updates, third-party modifications, custom loaders, debuggers, monitoring tools, injected software, virtualization setups, or altered system files.

8. Device Verification and Access Restrictions

Access may be limited to a single machine or a restricted set of hardware identifiers in order to prevent abuse, redistribution, and unauthorized access. You agree not to spoof, tamper with, or bypass device verification controls.

Hardware change requests, HWID resets, or other access recovery requests are reviewed case by case and may be limited, delayed, or denied where abuse, resale, or account sharing is suspected.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch, or attempt to derive source code from the service.
  • Modify, disable, circumvent, or interfere with licensing, integrity, or security checks.
  • Share, sell, lend, transfer, or otherwise provide account access to any third party.
  • Copy, mirror, redistribute, or republish the service or related materials without permission.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
  • Interfere with the service, website, panel, network, billing flow, or support systems.
  • Attempt fraud, abuse, payment evasion, false claims, chargeback abuse, or ownership manipulation.

10. Third-Party Platforms and User Risk

You are solely responsible for your use of the service and for any consequences of that use. Meowchu does not control any game publisher, platform operator, anti-cheat provider, or third-party account system.

We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, restrictions, resets, penalties, loss of access, loss of digital items, or any other action taken by third-party platforms, games, or service providers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Meowchu Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, Lunar Client, or any other third-party game, client, platform, or trademark owner referenced by users in connection with the service.

11. Availability, Maintenance, and Updates

The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, security work, infrastructure changes, compatibility work, provider issues, or other operational reasons. We may modify, patch, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Temporary interruptions, update delays, or maintenance windows do not by themselves create a right to a refund. Where we consider it appropriate, we may extend access time as a goodwill remedy.

Intellectual Property and License

The website, panel, loader environment, software, branding, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by Meowchu Software or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for its intended purpose during an active paid term, subject to these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or suspicious activity, attempted circumvention, created ownership disputes, abused support channels, or created operational, security, or legal risk.

Suspension or termination for breach, abuse, fraud, account sharing, payment abuse, or circumvention does not entitle you to any refund, replacement, or compensation.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing problem, you must contact support first through the customer support system. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith, or in contradiction to these Terms, may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and contesting of the dispute using available transaction, access, device, and support records.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with future updates or third-party environments.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meowchu and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of access, loss of data, loss of digital items, reputation damage, or third-party account penalties.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected purchase giving rise to the claim.

16. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features, technical requirements, pricing, supported environments, or operational rules at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Support and Governing Law

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the customer support system. Response times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
